Ingredients
*Chicken Wings, separated, with tips removed

*Olive oil

*Desired seasonings (I use 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. lemon zest, some paprika, and salt, but it depends on what sauce you are going to use - this is your base, not your sauce.)

*Sauce (your choice. I used Ashanti hot sauce with melted butter, lots of Hot Pepper sauce, and cayenne pepper).

Instructions
  1. Set your oven to broil on High setting, with the door open.

2. Season your oil.

3. Put the wings on foil covered baking sheets. Baste them with the oil mixture.

4. Broil them for 10 minutes on each side, or until crispy.

5. Remove from the oven. You will see that a lot of grease has accumulated on the foil. For extra crispy wings, change the foil. If you don't mind the grease, you can leave it, but the wings are much better if you change foil. Baste the wings with your desired sauce, and change the oven to bake at 350 degrees.

6. Bake the chicken wings at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven, and check to see if they are done. Then, toss them in more sauce, if desired.

The wings turned out crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside, with excellent flavor.
