2 1/2 pounds Chicken Wings, separated, and tips removed
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
2/3 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cajun Seasoning
Oil, for frying |

1. Combine hot sauce, yogurt, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add chicken wings to sauce.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Next day, in a shallow bowl, combine flour and Cajun seasonings.
5. Remove chicken wings from sauce.
6. Toss wings in seasoning mixture.
7. Preheat oil in wok, deep fryer, or cast iron skillet to 375 F.
8. Cook wings in batches of 5-6.
9. Deep-fry 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. |
